Marcus & Millichap recently sold the Storage Banc portfolio, a seven-property 404,578-net-rentable-square-foot self-storage portfolio in the St. Louis area.
The portfolio includes about 110,000 gross rentable square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space in the suburbs of St. Louis. The portfolio covers about 42.4 acres and consists of 3,279 storage units and 224 outdoor parking spaces.
Sean Delaney, Brett Hatcher, Chico LeClaire and Adam Schlosser with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private entity. The buyer is Sovran Self Storage Inc., which operates its storage facilities under the name Uncle Bob’s Self Storage.
