Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 7,818-square-foot Social Security Administration office property in Newark, Ohio. The property sold for more than $1.3 million.
Justin Fenn and Dan Yozwiak, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Geoff Ficke, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office.
The Social Security Building is located at 125 Derby Downs Road in Newark. The building was constructed in 2007 and a built-to-suit for the U.S. Government’s Social Security Administration, an S&P AA+ credit-rated tenant.
