Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold a 2,400-square-foot Starbucks in Wauwatosa, Wis.
The coffee shop sold for more than $2.1 million.
Marcus’ Net Lease Group, led by Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, represented the seller, a limited liability company. Ladner and Rowlett also represented the buyer, which, too, was a limited liability company.
