Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of T-Mobile, a 3,305-square-foot net-leased property in Davenport, Iowa. The asset sold for $2,255 million.
Dominic Sulo, first vice president, and Samuel Malato, associate, and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

T-Mobile is located at 3150 E. 53rd St. in Davenport. The building was a retro-fit in 2019 and T-Mobile has a new 10-year lease with more than eight years remaining.
