Marcus & Millichap sold a three-property apartment portfolio totaling 455 units. The properties, located in Independence, Missouri, sold for a combined price of $18.5 million with a total occupancy of more than 95 percent for the portfolio.
Bradley Braham, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, and Logan Weaver, an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office, represented the seller and buyer in the sale.
