Marcus & Millichap sold the Decatur Storage portfolio, a three-property, 259,965-square-foot self-storage portfolio in Decatur, Illinois.
Brian Kelly, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local owner.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was also represented by Kelly, Coe and Hatcher, along with Steven Weinstock, broker of the firm’s Illinois office.
The portfolio’s three properties are all located within six miles of each other. They are 93 percent occupied.
