Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of S&J Self Storage, a two-property self-storage portfolio totaling 45,420 square feet in Jackson and Jerome, Michigan.
Tom Berlin and Zach Munce, self-storage investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a southeast-Michigan-based limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Berlin and Munce.
The S&J Self Storage facilities are located at 2537 Shirley Drive in Jackson and 11793 E. Chicago Road in Jerome. They feature 305 drive-up storage units and indoor vehicle parking.
