Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of Our Urgent Care, a 5,159-square-foot net-leased urgent care property in St. Charles, Missouri.
The property sold for $1.376 million.
Benjamin Bach, associate, and Dominic Sulo, first vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited-liability company. Bradley Barham assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Missouri.
Our Urgent Care is located at 2893 Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Charles. The property closed at 100 percent of the list price to an out-of-state 1031 buyer. This is the sixth urgent-care closing in the past four months for The Sulo Group of Marcus & Millichap.
