Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services sold a net leased Walgreens within the Nora submarket of Indianapolis.
The Walgreens sold for $3.8 million.
Jordan Klink and Kahlil Barnard, investment specialists in the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, 4930 State, LLC. The buyer, Westfield Pointe, LLC, was also secured and represented by Klink and Barnard.
