Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of a net-leased Shopko department store at 955 W. Clairemont Ave. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The sales price was $12.45 million, which at 94,705 square feet, equates to $131 a square foot.
Glen Kunofsky in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office was the listing agent. Kunofsky also found the buyer.
The building was originally built in 1978, and was renovated in 1992. This Shopko retail store sits on about 9.05 acres of land.
