Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an Exxon gas station, a 2,070-square-foot net-leased property in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
The asset went PSA to close in under 60 days and sold for $1.2 million with multiple offers received.
Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, as well as First Vice President Nicholas Kanich and Senior Associate Timothy Nichols, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Chicago Downtown offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Weisenbeck, Sharko and Nichols. Regional Manager, Todd Lindblom, Broker of Record of Wisconsin, also assisted in closing this transaction.
Exxon Gas Station is located at 362 N. Peters Ave. in Fond du Lac. This location reports high inside sales and is conveniently situated off a heavily traveled intersection with over 38,000 vehicles per day.
