Ohio Broker of record Michael Glass assisted in the closing of this transaction. The deal includes triple-net leases with rental increase and renewal options on terms.
Meijer Anchored Shops are located at 1385 – 89 Conant Street in Maumee. The building includes an end cap drive-thru and has a high visibility hard-corner location along Conant Street with over 20,000 cars passing per day.
