Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Moore Self Storage, a 41,125-square-foot self-storage facility located in Pittsburgh, according to Michael Glass, regional manager of the firm’s Cleveland office. The transaction settled on Feb. 24.
Dan Burkons and Richard Schontz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, represented the seller, a partnership, to market the property. The buyer, an out-of-state partnership, was also secured and represented by Burkons and Schontz. Spencer Yablon, broker of record in Pennsylvania, assisted in closing this transaction.
Moore Self Storage is a 646-unit self-storage facility that the Seller converted from former warehouse use roughly 10 years ago.
