Erin Patton and Scott Wiles of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently arranged the sale of two ground lease properties, one in Columbus, Ohio, and a second in Pennsylvania.
The two helped complete the sale of a Panda Express ground lease in Columbus for $743,000. The building was built in 2006 and fully occupied by Panda Express. The seller, Town & Country City, represented itself in the transaction. Patton, Scott Wiles and Antoine Matthews of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, SJS Beacon III.
Patton and Wiles also helpd sell the McDonald’s restaurant in Cranberry Township, Penn. This 4,970-square-foot restaurant sold for a sales price of more than $1.8 million. Craig Fuller from the Cleveland Marcus & Millichap office was also involved in the sale.
