Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of three medical office buildings, Pankratz Eye Institute in Indiana, Humana in Michigan and OrthoNY in New York.
The three assets sold for a combined price of $9.4 million, each within the first quarter of 2018. Seth Haron and Ashish Vakhariya, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, were the listing and selling agents on the Humana deal and exclusive selling agents on the Pankratz Eye Institute and OrthoNY deals.
The 12,926-square-foot Pankratz Eye Institute is a single-tenant medical office and ambulatory surgery center used for eye-specific procedures. It is located in Columbus.
Humana – Oak Street Health is 12,000 square feet and offers primary care services. The property underwent $1 million in renovations in 2016. It is located in the Southgate Shopping Center in Southgate, Michigan.
