Hillside, Illinois-based Executive Construction announced that vice presidents Mark Rakoczy, Rob Daly and Michael Olson have joined the firm partnership. With talents in relationship management, operations and technical knowledge, each has been influential in their respective areas of expertise. In testament to the trust cultivated with their clients and partners, each has played a key role in firm growth.
Rakoczy has championed many of the firm’s significant tenant interior buildouts in the past five years, including the headquarters relocations of McDonald’s Corporation, Zurich North America and Gogo. An integral facilitator of the firm’s strategic plan, his corporate responsibilities involve relationship cultivation and leadership of the firm’s Chicago office.
Daly’s responsibilities are oversight of Executive Construction’s field operations and leadership on safety and field training. In addition to his role as director of field operations—where he has integrated technology to improve communication, efficiency, and quality—Daly leads mission critical projects and has helped expand market reach nationally.
A contributor to the progression of the firm, Olson has an outstanding reputation of client retention, strength across a diversity of markets and is an excellent mentor to staff. In turn, he supports the corporate management of staff development, risk management and leadership of service offerings.
