John Sharpe, principal, and Steve Bass of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented building ownership, Stockbridge Capital Group, and David Bercu of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Chris Nelson, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented Axis Global Logistics in its lease of 19,682 square feet of industrial space located at 2300 Windsor Court in Addison. Mike Sedjo and Chris Zubel of CB Richard Ellis represented building ownership, First Industrial, in the transaction.
