Ed Wabick and Jerry Sullivan, principals of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, represented seller Markham Property Management Inc. in the sale of a 91,520-square-foot warehouse at 2200-2206 W. 159th St. in Markham.
The building is located on 9.5 acres of land in a prime location close to I-294, I-57 and I-80. Kelly Pipe Company, one of the oldest and largest distributors of pipe in the country, bought the warehouse to use as its new Chicago headquarters. DTZ’s Mike Piscoran represented Kelly Pipe in the transaction.
