Naperville-based Marquette Management has been selected by KCK Properties Inc. as property manager of Stratford Green Apartment Homes, a Class A community of 171 apartments and 21 townhomes in west-suburban Bloomingdale.
Built in 1997, the community was originally developed as Avalon at Stratford Green by Trammell Crow Residential, and is still the newest apartment community in the Bloomingdale apartment submarket.
Stratford Green Apartment Homes comprises 22 buildings on a 12.7 acre site with 424 parking spaces. It offers apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom designs (some with a den/study) with one to two baths as well as a gourmet kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, attached direct-access garages in nearly all homes, walk-in closets, balconies and gas fireplaces in select homes. Apartments measure 854 to 1,554 square feet, with an average size of 1,234 square feet.
Townhome designs include two or three bedrooms with 2½ baths and measure 1,437 to 1,590 square feet. Townhomes include an attached garage, gourmet kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, patios and gas fireplaces in select homes.
