Marquette Management, a national leader in multifamily management, has been named property manager for three rental developments in Chicagoland. With Ovaltine Court in Villa Park, The Ponds of Naperville in Naperville, and Woodlands of Crest Hill in Crest Hill, the firm adds 1,290 apartments to its management portfolio, which now stands at more than 40 properties and 14,787 units.
