Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lousville Airport is scheduled to open Jan. 30. The new hotel is located at 6601 Paramount Park Drive in Louisville.
Sina Hospitality is the owner of the hotel. Newport Hospitality Group will manage it.
Hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, meeting room, airport shuttle, laundry facilities, free WiFi and onsite business services.
