Marriott opens dual-branded hotel in Lexington

Marriott International on Jan. 8 opened a dual-branded Marriott Hotels and Residence Inn by Marriott property in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.

Located on the 100 block of W. Main St., the hotels are owned by City Center Hotels, a joint venture between the Webb Companies and Greer Companies. The hotel will be managed by NorthStar Hospitality LLC of Lexington.

The new property will offer a combined 337 guest rooms and will share some amenities, including a rooftop relaxation pool, fitness center, 11,171-square-foot feet of meeting space and rooftop restaurant and bar.
