A 91-room Fairfield by Marriott opened Sept. 6 in Des Moines, Iowa. Located at 207 Crocker St., the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Des Moines Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise owned and managed by VKB Management of Johnston, Iowa.
General manager Chris Phillips leads the management team at the property.
Hotel amenities include a fitness center, valet laundry service, outdoor patio with a fireplace, free WiFi and fax and copy services.
