LeAnn Adams, Certified General Real Property Appraiser at Martens Appraisal, has earned the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI membership designation.

The MAI designation is conferred upon the successful completion of a graduate-level curriculum. It is held by those experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential and other properties.

A graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance, Adams has more thanĀ 15 years of appraisal experience.

Collectively, the 11 appraisers on the Martens Appraisal team conduct more than 750 appraisals annually. The company has offices in Wichita, Topeka and Overland Park, and has worked on projects in more than 30 states.
