Martin Commercial Properties recently closed the sale of a property of more than 7 acres in the Bryron Village mixed-use development in Byron Village, Michigan. The parcel will be used for an 84,000-square-foot assisted living and medical facility.
Robert Lotzar of Martin Commercial represented the seller of this rear parcel of JBB Place, a new mixed-use development. JBB Place has broken ground on a 51,000-square-foot office building and expects to add a hotel, restaurants and additional retail.
