With the acquisition of three Mercy Health buildings in the greater Cincinnati region, real estate investor and Ohio native Mark Mascia has expanded his company’s investments in the Buckeye State and made another large investment in the healthcare sector.

Mascia Development purchased Mercy Health’s Cincinnati SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center office-building portfolio for more than $6.7 million.

Properties include a 16,283-square-foot building at 10633 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, a 7,793-square-foot property at 12115 Sheraton Lane in Springdale and a 5,670-square-foot building at 328 Thomas More Parkway in Crestview Hills in northern Kentucky.

Cincinnati SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center, which includes the Cincinnati Bengals’ head team physician, joined Mercy Health in 2013.

These recent acquisitions follow Mascia Development’s previous Ohio purchases of a building in Hyde Park Square in Cincinnati in 2012 and of a shopping plaza in Marion in 2013.
