Matanky Realty Group has brouht Shopper’s World — a retailer of affordable merchandise — to the Broadway Place retail center in Merrillville, Ind.
Shopper’s World will join Ultra Foods, Walgreens, McDonalds and Citi Trends at the shopping center.
Matthew Ramadan and Terri Cox of Matanky Realty Group negotiated the long-term lease with Shopper’s World. The retailer will occupy 29,317 square feet.
