Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has added two new leasing specialists, Catherine Lueckel and Allison Giomuso. Based out of Matthews’ Cleveland office, Lueckel and Giomuso will work in tandem to develop and implement leasing strategies for the Midwest.
Giomuso holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University with a concentration in marketing from the Boler School of Business. Giomuso entered the industry after college, working in a boutique commercial brokerage firm where she learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate marketing.
In 2015, she joined Passov Real Estate Group as a sales associate, where she developed a greater understanding of markets, trends and trade areas throughout the Ohio market. During her time at Passov Real Estate Group, Giomuso represented a number of tenants from first-time business owners to Fortune 500 companies. She assisted Ohio Marijuana Card with its first 10 locations in 2018. Additionally, she has exclusively represented more than 85 property owners in filling vacancies.
Lueckel attended the University of Akron where she received a degree in hospitality administration and management. She began her career in real estate at Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group where she led property marketing efforts.
For the last seven years, Lueckel has worked at Passov Real Estate Group, where she exclusively represented more than 85 property owners in filling vacancies. In 2015 she was honored as a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient.
Lueckel and Allison Giomuso have represented tenants such as Crumbl Cookies, Scout & Molly’s Boutique, Benjamin Moore, Dave’s Cosmic Subs, Three Dog Bakery, Verizon Wireless, 56 Kitchen, Shelter Insurance and Boss Chick N Beer to name a few.
At Matthews, they will serve as associate vice presidents of leasing and work out of Matthews’ Cleveland office alongside vice president of multifamily Robert Starrett, exeuctive vice president and national director of multifamily David Roth and executive vice president and naional director of shopping centers Ben Snyder.
The female leasing team will focus on helping tenants expand by prospecting new territories as well as helping landlords negotiate vacant spaces on their exclusive listings, providing clients with long-term growth and profitability.
