Matthews Retail Group, Inc. completed the transaction of Beacon Roofing Supply, located at 2512 South Clearbrook Drive in Arlington Heights. The all-cash sale closed at $6,150,000 and was purchased by Alterra Property Group. Broker of Record Kyle B. Matthews represented the seller.
The buyer, Alterra Property Group, focuses on low coverage industrial sites and stabilized yard space to accommodate uses such as vehicle materials and equipment storage.
As a result of a B+ Credit Rating and an increased demand of Beacon Roofing Supply leased properties over the last few years, this acquisition is a treasured addition to Alterra’s portfolio. Over the last 15 years, Alterra has acquired over 150 industrial assets across 20 states, totaling $2 billion in transactional volume.
