Benjamin Kadish, president of Maverick Commercial Mortgage, recently provided a first mortgage loan of $6.09 million for the Oakwood Mobile Home Park in Kenosha, Wis.
The loan is a 10-year fixed-rate non-recourse loan on a 30-year amortization.
The property is a 215-pad mobile home park located on a 27.5 acre site. The park is currently 90 percent occupied.
The park was built in several phases in 1970 and 1990, and is served by municipal sewer and water.
