MB Real Estate adds chief marketing officer and analysis manager to its team

MB Real Estate (MBRE) has hired marketing leader, Tamara Jensen as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, and Caitlin Ritter as the new market research & analysis manager the firm’s Chicago office.

Jensen has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations. She specializes in the development and implementation of client-specific marketing strategies, as well as the creation of broad, multi-faceted promotional campaigns to support brand awareness. In her new role, Jensen will oversee marketing activities across the firm’s asset management and leasing portfolios; will provide guidance in the pursuit of new business across all service lines; and will lead the firm’s corporate marketing strategy, content development and brand initiatives. A Chicago resident, she is LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).

Ritter joins the firm as the market research & analysis manager and will oversee MBRE’s market research team responsible for the production of both internal and external intellectual research product and resources. With 13 years of experience, Ritter brings to MBRE a thorough expertise of economic development, urban planning and architecture to her new role. She will apply this knowledge to enhancing MBRE’s quarterly reports including, the “Market Index,” “Market Beat” and “Chicago Market Overview,” while also leading the development and implementation of new research platforms and supporting the firm’s brokerage, asset management, marketing and development teams.
