MB Real Estate Services, Inc. announced that the firm’s senior vice president, Boris Yelyashov, and assistant vice president, Christine Torres, represented A+E Networks® in a lease renewal at 111 East Wacker Drive in Chicago.
A+E Networks® is an award-winning, global media content company with television channels and branded programming reaching more than 350 million households in over 160 countries. As the media group’s lease at the East Loop location came to a close, A+E Networks® sought the services of Yelyashov and MB Real Estate to assess the market and evaluate options. After an extensive market analysis and space planning exercise, Yelyashov was able to reach an aggressive deal with ownership in exchange for A+E’s long term commitment to the building.
Yelyashov and Torres negotiated the 9,306 square foot lease renewal on behalf of A+E Networks®. Building ownership was represented by Nikki Kern, senior vice president of JLL. A+E Networks® include A&E®, Lifetime®, HISTORY®, and LMN® among others. A+E Networks® is a joint venture of Disney-ABC Television Group and Hearst Corporation.
