MB Real Estate has completed a 26,214 square foot lease renewal and expansion to Knight Engineering at 221 N. LaSalle in Chicago.
A full-service engineering and architectural firm with multiple offices throughout the Midwest, as well as an international location in Guam, Knight Engineering has renewed its space on the 3rd floor and expanded to a portion of the 4th floor at the Central Loop office property.
The design firm is the largest tenant in the 416,000 square foot, 41-story building which is managed and leased by MB Real Estate. Building ownership was represented by Walter Hennig, senior vice president and Kelsey Karp, associate of MB Real Estate. Knight Engineering was self-represented in the negotiations.
