MB Real Estate has completed a new 66,617-square-foot industrial document storage facility for RhinoDox within the Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett.
Formerly Federal Record Storage MDMC, RhinoDox was established in 1913 and is a Chicago-area based business that specializes in document management and business process automation. Their service offerings include offsite hardcopy document storage, document scanning and imaging, enterprise content management systems, eForms, and document workflow. RhinoDox maintains its corporate headquarters in Glendale Heights and plans to utilize the new facility for offsite document storage.
MB Real Estate was the project manager and Premier Design + Build Group provided the general contracting services. Cornerstone Architects was the project architect and NAI Hiffman represented RhinoDox in the site selection.
The new precast facility is located on the corner of Munger Road and Humbracht Circle in the western suburb of Chicago and features 28-foot clear heights, two interior docks, two drive-in doors and extensive landscaping. The site is designed for expansion up to 24,000 square feet and accommodates parking for 97 vehicles.
