MB Real Estate has completed a 13,391-square-foot lease renewal and expansion for PPM America’s suburban offices at 300 N. Martingale in Schaumburg.
PPM America Inc. is an indirect subsidiary of Prudential plc, a publicly traded holding company incorporated in the United Kingdom. PPM America and its affiliates manage approximately $87 billion of assets in the United States and provide investment advisory services for a variety of client portfolios including Jackson National Life Insurance Company. The firm maintains offices in New York and is headquartered at 225 W. Wacker in Chicago.
