MB Real Estate has completed a lease renewal and expansion for Dale & Gensburg P.C. at 200 W. Adams in Chicago.
Dale & Gensburg is a Chicago-based law firm providing legal services to small and mid-sized businesses as well as individuals. The firm renewed its existing space on the 24th floor of the 32-story central Loop office property as well as expanded to accommodate its growing operations.
Andrew Davidson, executive vice president and managing director and Christine Torres, associate of MB Real Estate’s Corporate Services and Tenant Advisory group, represented Dale & Gensburg in the lease negotiations. Building ownership, Lincoln Property Company, was self-represented by Genny Emerson.
