MB Real Estate Services Corporate Services/Tenant Advisory group has completed three leases at 230 W. Monroe on behalf of various clients totaling 17,569 square feet.
In the first transaction, David Burkards, senior vice president at MB Real Estate, represented Lucas Group in an 8,924-square-foot lease renewal and expansion. Lucas Group is an executive recruiting and placement agency that offers consulting services nationwide. The firm chose to remain at 230 W. Monroe for its location and amenities.
Danny Nikitas, executive vice president, Konstantine Sepsis, vice president, and Doug Noble, associate, also completed a lease renewal at the property. Knowledge Networks is a provider of online research solutions in the U.S., specializing in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, retail, media, government and academics. The firm was recently purchased by GfK, one of the world’s largest market research organizations. Nikitas, Sepsis and Noble represented the tenant in the 5,097-square-foot renewal.
Burkards also completed a renewal on behalf of DecisionQuest for 3,548 square feet. DecisionQuest is a trial consulting firm.
Property ownership was represented by Kim Robare of Lincoln Property Co. in each transaction.
