MB Real Estate’s corporate services group has completed three leases totaling 12,346 square feet for several financial service firms throughout Chicago.
In the first transaction MB Real Estate completed a lease renegotiation for Waterville Advisors at 161 N. Clark. The structured settlement firm was represented by MB Real Estate’s David Fortosis in the lease negotiations. Joe Gordon of Tishman Speyer represented ownership.
Prime Finance Partners, a private commercial real estate finance company, renewed its lease at 233 N. Michigan. MB Real Estate’s Konstantine Sepsis represented the firm in its lease renegotiations. Christy Domin from Colliers International represented the owner, HUB Properties Trust.
MB Real Estate’s Daniel Nikitas, Konstantine Sepsis and Doug Noble also represented a private investment firm in a full floor sublease at 676 N. Michigan Ave.
