MB Real Estate has promoted Brian Toenjes to vice president of the Project Services department.
Toenjes has been involved with key projects across the country for Astellas Pharma, including its Northbrook headquarters. In addition, his experience includes projects such as the University of Chicago Medical Center for Advanced Care in Orland Park, Medline’s headquarters and CPS’ headquarters in the Loop.
Project Services is currently responsible for the development of more than $300 million worth of commercial, life sciences, healthcare, education and asset projects.
