MB Real Estate Services Inc.‘s (MBRE) Market Research & Analysis Manager, Caitlin Ritter, guest lectured at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago this week.
Ritter spoke to a class of 30 students in Northeastern Illinois University’s Real Estate Economics course. The class provides an overview of the economics of real estate markets with a primary focus on the interaction of supply and demand in determining real estate property valuations.
Ritter recently joined MBRE as the market research & analysis manager and oversees the firm’s market research team responsible for the production of both internal and external intellectual research product and resources.
She prepares MBRE’s quarterly reports including, the “Market Index,” “Market Beat” and “Chicago Market Overview,” while also leading the development and implementation of new research platforms and supporting the firm’s brokerage, asset management, marketing and development teams.
