MB Real Estate Executive Vice President Danny Nikitas, Vice President Konstantine Sepsis and Associate Doug Noble have completed multiple office leases on behalf of six clients throughout Chicago.
In the first transaction, Brickfish, a social media marketing firm, leased 12,177 square feet of office space at 209 W. Jackson. The firm chose the location for its proximity to Chicago’s growing tech scene. Nikitas, Sepsis and Noble represented Brickfish in the lease negotiations and ownership was represented by Andrew DeMoss of Bradford Allen.
Oil and gas contractor LTC was also represented by MBRE’s tenant rep team in a sublease for 9,250 square feet at 250 S. Wacker. Nikitas, Sepsis and Noble assisted the tenant in finding a short-term, turn-key solution to meet the firm’s requirements. The team also represented GfK Holding in a 9,282-square-foot lease expansion at 420 N. Wabash. Robert Zimmerman of Freidman Properties represented ownership.
Additionally, MBRE’s Nikitas, Sepsis and Noble completed leases on behalf of the following tenants:
• Caldera Investment Group – a 3,995-square-foot relocation to 401 N. Michigan in Chicago;
• Paulette Wolf Events – a 3,176-square-foot early renewal at 1165 N. Clark in Chicago; and
• Hudson – a 3,571-square-foot new lease at 150 N. Wacker in Chicago.
“Downtown Chicago is an exciting market, now positioned as one of the top tech hubs in the country,” Sepsis said.
