McAlister’s Deli, a fast-casual restaurant chain, has joined the tenant line-up at Town Square Wheaton, a 203,000-square-foot, mixed-use lifestyle center located in Wheaton, Illinois. The eatery will be located along Naperville Road at the Blanchard Circle intersection.
“The addition of McAlister’s Deli at Town Square Wheaton represents our commitment to create a unique and dynamic destination for visitors to gather together and enjoy a day of shopping, dining and socializing,” said Hutensky Capital Partners vice president for asset management, Brad Miller. “We not only welcome McAlister’s Deli to Town Square Wheaton and anticipate celebrating our newest restaurant’s grand opening later this spring, but look forward to announcing the names of additional new retail brands along with food and beverage tenants in the months to come.”
McAlister’s Deli will join an expanding array of food and beverage choices at Town Square Wheaton including Warren’s Ale House, Noodles & Company, Egg’lectic Café, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Red Mango. Each operates alongside a collection of leading retail and service brands including Talbots, Chico’s, francesca’s, Evereve, White House | Black Market, Jos. A. Bank, Bath & Body Works and LensCrafters, among many more.
“We are excited to be part of the transformation that is currently taking place at Town Square Wheaton and expect our newest restaurant location will quickly earn an enthusiastic following,” said McAlister’s Deli director of marketing, Melissa Porter. “We anticipate announcing our grand opening plans, including limited-time offers and discounts, exclusively for our new Town Square Wheaton customers later this spring season.”
Town Square Wheaton is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar capital investment in center-wide property improvements. For instance, while 2019 saw locally-owned Prairie Path Books moving its operations to the lifestyle center, the year concluded with the completion of an array of property enhancements such as a redesigned Center Circle Courtyard complete with a fountain water feature, fireplace and event lawn space, improved roadside pylon signs and a center-wide painting and landscaping project.
