St. Louis’ McCarthy Building Companies has topped out an $18 million four-story medical clinic for Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Waynesville, Mo.
The 60,000-square-foot clinic will provide healthcare services to patients in Waynesville, St. Robert, Fort Leonard Wood and surrounding Missouri communities.
The Waynesville Clinic is part of a five-year master plan that Phelps County Regional Medical Center began following in 2013 to expand and improve patient care. Renovations at the main medical center in Rollo, Mo., are also part of the plan.
