McCarthy Building Companies and HITT Contracting, in a joint venture, will build the western headquarters of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, Mi.
The Kansas City District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced that the joint venture won the $711.7 million contract earlier this week
McCarthy and HITT will be developing a 712,000-square-foot office building, parking garages, inspection facility and visitors center on a 97-acre site. The site is located at Jefferson and Cass avenues.
