McCownGordon hired Neha Dugal as Vice President and Business Unit Leader in its Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Dugal joins McCownGordon with more than 20 years of construction industry experience, including leadership positions at leading construction management firms across the nation.
In her new role, Dugal will focus on deepening client relationships, fostering trusted partnerships and serving as a key ambassador for McCownGordon throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region. With a strong track record of engaging clients and partners, leading complex projects and building lasting relationships across the marketplace, she will help clients navigate critical decisions, strengthen community connections and further expand McCownGordon’s impact throughout North Texas.
Dugal joins a strong Dallas leadership team alongside fellow business unit leaders Juan Rodriguez and Brian Rose. Together, they will support McCownGordon’s growing portfolio of work across Texas while continuing to strengthen client relationships, deliver exceptional project outcomes and advance the firm’s long-term strategic growth plan in one of the nation’s most dynamic construction markets.
