McDavid has leased 20,373 square feet of warehouse space located at 1020 Davey Road in Woodridge. Jeff Galante, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, IIT, and Sean Henrick of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Terry O’Hara, senior vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented Fastmore Logistics in its leasing of an 11,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1291 Brummel Ave. in Elk Grove Village. Mariann Gullo, of Gullo International, represented building ownership in the transaction.
