New York developer the Marcus Organization has hired McGrath & Associates to build a new $4.99 million high-tech office and cardiac catheterization lab for St. Louis Heart and Vascular at 3550 McKelvey Road in Bridgeton, Mo.
Bates & Associates is the design architect. Construction is expected to begin in June of 2015 with a targeted completion date in December of 2015.
The renovation of the existing 21,000-square-foot, two-story facility includes a new exterior skin and full interior renovations with high-end finishes. McGrath will remove roof overhangs and raise the parapet walls to increase the building height.
