McKinley recently acquired Brighton Park, a 336-unit garden apartment community in Northwest Indianapolis. This property is contiguous to The Courts Apartments, a 148-unit community that McKinley has owned for several years.
The two communities will merge into one 484-unit apartment complex to be called The Courts Apartments.
“We will always acquire in our core markets of Carmel, Castleton and the north side of Indianapolis with conviction,” said Albert Berriz, chief executive officer of McKinley.
