Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley’s Residential Client Services division recently closed the disposition of Executive Towers, a 149-unit apartment complex in Toledo, Ohio.
McKinley was appointed receiver of this asset in March of 2010. During McKinley’s tenure, overall occupancy at the apartment complex has jumped from just higher than 86 percent to an occupancy today of 100 percent.
“We appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the repositioining of this asset on behalf of our valued stakeholders,” said Albert Berriz, chief executive officer of McKinley.
