McKinley recently closed the successful disposition of Lakeshore Medical in Holland, Mich.
Lakeshore Medical is a four-building medical office complex of 120,382 square feet. McKinley took over the property in March of 2012 and addressed several life-safety issues, completed roof replacements and renewed leases with the anchor tenant, Holland Hospital.
“I am very pleased with our team’s results at Lakeshore Medical as well as the successful outcome on behalf of all shareholders,” said Matthew Mason, senior vice president and managing director of commercial client services with McKinley, in a written statement.
